The two sources describe different notices and cycles. The RRB NTPC resizer uses the preset. If your notification lists the landing values, resize to those using the Photo Resizer with custom sizes. The safest approach is to read the size range printed beside the upload field on the portal and match it.
How do I prepare the RRB photo?
